Who We Are
Sixons Motor Gear is an OEM and private label motorcycle gear manufacturer based in Sialkot, Pakistan. We specialize in custom-designed gloves, jackets, jeans, boots, and full gear collections for startups, growing brands, and established manufacturers worldwide.
But our story doesn’t start with Sixons. It starts 40 years earlier, with a pattern master who revolutionized an industry.
Our Foundation: Master Muhammad Younas (1985–2007) pioneered innovations still used industry-wide. Shahid Hanjra learned directly from his father, carrying forward that legacy through Myru International (2010), and becoming Sixons in 2017 to serve startup brands with the same uncompromising quality.

But our story doesn’t start with Sixons. It starts 40 years earlier, with a pattern master who revolutionized an industry.
🏭 Era 1: The Foundation (1985–2007)
Master Younas Legacy
Master Muhammad Younas began manufacturing motorcycle gear in 1985, during Sialkot’s emerging export phase. For over two decades, he manufactured for major European and American brands through CMT (Cut-Make-Trim) supply arrangements.
- Pioneered iron molds for precision cutting
- Developed regional size charts (Europe, USA, Australia, Asia)
- Innovated pre-curve side walls & fourchettes
- Recognized as one of Sialkot’s top 5 pattern masters
- Trained apprentices including Master Naveed
Legacy: Master Younas passed away in April 2007, leaving behind a philosophy: “What goes into the sample must go into the bulk. Never cheat. Never compromise.”
🔄 Era 2: The Transition (1995–2017)
Shahid’s Parallel Journey
Beginning in 1995, Shahid Hanjra learned the craft directly from Master Younas while simultaneously building hands-on industry experience. After his father’s passing in 2007, Shahid continued manufacturing for established brands through CMT arrangements.
- 1995–2007: Apprenticeship under Master Younas (12 years)
- 2010: Business officially registered as “Myru International” (FBR registered 29-NOV-2010)
- 2010–2017: CMT manufacturing continues for international brands
- Shahid accumulates 20+ years of hands-on experience in pattern development, QC, CE compliance, production management, and export logistics
Key Development: While maintaining CMT relationships, Shahid builds strategic vision for independent brand manufacturing and direct client relationships.
⭐ Era 3: Direct Export & Innovation (2017–Present)
Sixons Motor Gear Launch
In 2017, Shahid rebrands Myru International as “Sixons Motor Gear” and launches direct export operations. For the first time, Sixons manufactures for clients’ own brands — not CMT arrangements, but full partnerships.
