Muhammad Shahid Hanjra

Sixons Motor Gear is led by its founder, Shahid Hanjra — a second-generation motorcycle gear specialist with over 20 years of hands-on industry experience.

His foundation comes from working alongside his father, Master Younas, a glove pattern expert since the 1980s who contributed to advanced sizing systems and precision cutting techniques in the industry.

Since formally entering the field in 2003, Shahid has worked across product development, CE compliance, quality control (AQL), and export manufacturing for international brands — building deep, production-level expertise in motorcycle gear.

He later established Sixons Motor Gear to offer a more transparent and technically driven manufacturing approach. Today, he remains directly involved in every project — from development to final quality control — ensuring accurate communication, practical solutions, and consistent production standards.

    The standard minimum order quantity (MOQ) for private label motorcycle gloves at Sixons Motor Gear is 50 pieces per style per colour. For sampling and product development, we support smaller runs starting from 10 pieces. For established brands, production can scale to any volume. If your requirement is below MOQ, we can arrange a development order.
    Sixons manufactures motorcycle gloves to CE-ready construction standards (EN 13594:2015). However, CE certification must be obtained by the brand selling the product in Europe through an accredited testing laboratory.
    We provide full support for certification, including: Material declarations Construction specifications Seam test samples Technical file preparation We also guide clients through the CE certification process based on real project experience.
    Standard sample development time for motorcycle gloves is 7–10 working days after final specifications and materials are confirmed.
